Click a slot to arm it, then paste the screenshot with
Cmd + V — or use Choose file. Images are downscaled and
kept on this Mac only; they are never uploaded and are not included in the CSV or
Excel export. Open shows the image in a new browser tab rather than
downloading it.

Edit the dropdown lists. One entry per line. Everything here -
names, WhatsApp numbers and test data - syncs to the database and across your
devices on the next refresh. Keep the doctor list matching the Lists tab of the
workbook.
